Design services and personalized retail
Starting Springhaus was a natural extension of our years of experience building custom luxury homes in Northern Colorado.
We found that there was an unmet need for design consulting services and personalized retail to help people finish out their homes with the same attention to detail and quality that went into building their custom home.
Headquartered in Northern Colorado, Springhaus offers design consulting services and quality home furnishings and finishes to help you create the home that you always wanted. We have the design expertise and the products to transform and enliven every room in your home.

Our team has the passion, expertise and experience you can depend on to design and finish out your home.
“What I do makes people happy.”
The journey to Springhaus sprung from my experience working with homeowners, helping them find or build the perfect home.
I have worked as an interior designer and a real estate broker. I also founded a property management company in Denver that won awards for fastest growing company several years in a row. More recently, my husband and I work together building custom luxury homes in Northern Colorado.
Working with clients to build their dream home, I often find myself providing design consulting services and searching out the perfect finishes and furniture to complete the project. When a furniture store came up for sale, I seized the opportunity to expand services to homeowners in Northern Colorado. Four months after walking into the store, I bought it and one week later, I was at market setting the groundwork for Springhaus.
I grew up in Northern Colorado, choosing with my husband Alex to call it home. I am passionate about working with you to find the comforts of home here in Northern Colorado. When I am not working, you can find me hanging out with my husband and my daughter, racing Porsches, traveling and enjoying time in my favorite place, Vail, Colorado.
“I enjoy working with clients to help them build a home they will love.”
With over ten years in construction and seven years in building design, I am looking forward to working with you to design a custom home that meets all of your needs and wishes. It is a collaborative process that starts with making sure that I understand what you want from your new home.
I’ve always loved the way the process of designing a home unfolds, allowing you the opportunity to weigh in every step of the way as you see your ideas come to life in 3D models produced through an architectural software called Revit. It is hard sometimes for you to take flat drawings of elevations and floor plans and imagine what it might be like to live in that space. The 3D models help you visualize exactly how the home will look once it is complete. My meticulous approach and an attention to the smallest of details makes sure that you can build the home of your dreams.
Growing up in Wales in the United Kingdom, I started out as a professional cyclist traveling to France and Australia to compete. When I landed in the states in 2002, I was drawn to Northern Colorado by my new wife who grew up in Fort Collins. I love to take a break by jamming out to music or getting outdoors to cycle or keeping up with my kids’ sporting events.
“I love bringing a home to life.”
I am excited about the new adventure that Springhaus promises to be.
I had been working in a local law office but when this opportunity came up, I seized it. Springhaus is the perfect place for me to put my retail experience in buying and marketing into action, especially knowing that I will be at the ground floor of building a business that provides that personal touch of retail that is much needed in the area.
Wyoming is where I am from, but my husband grew up in Timnath where Springhaus is headquartered. After living in Kansas for several years, we moved back home 15 years ago to raise our children close to family and the mountains.
“Growing up in the western industry has instilled work ethic and perseverance that I will bring to every project we work on together.”
Hi, my name is Megan. My day-to-day consists of managing projects over 20,000 square feet, assisting in the business development aspects of the company, and last but not least, being Alison’s go to for any and all things business related.
What brings me to Springhaus you ask? After being a stay-at-home mom, I was wanting to get back out into the work force. An opportunity to jump on board with Springhaus came along and I could not me more excited!
I grew up and attended college in Wyoming. After marrying, my husband and I chose to plant our roots in Northern Colorado. We love the area and couldn’t think of a better place to raise our daughter, Clancy. In my free time you will find me rodeoing and roping. I have been rodeoing since I was 3 years old, it’s not just a sport, it’s a way of life!
“If there is a problem, Yo! I’ll solve it.”
Born and raised in Fort Collins, I have been working in the floor covering industry for over 15 years.
Being a continuous learner, I love studying how others in our industry run their businesses. Applying what I learn to improve our systems and make them more efficient is what puts a smile on my face. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of getting to know many interior designers and local installers. I truly value these personal connections with my coworkers and my broworkers!
I currently live in Loveland with my wife Gretchen, and my two amazing children; Emmalee and Arie.
The next time you visit our showroom, please take the time to let me know how we can make your experience better.
“Great design is in the details, that is my specialty!”
Design has always been a part of my life. Growing up, it was not unusual to find me spending countless hours rearranging furniture in my room to make it look just right. When it came time to focus on a profession, without hesitation I choose interior design. Graduating from Front Range Community College with my degree in Interior Design was the start of making my childhood aspiration a career.
I continue to educate myself to be versatile in all aspects of interior design. My projects have ranged from helping select a backsplash to creating a custom home plan set. I specialize in working with local builders and contractors by guiding their clients through material selections. In all design appointments, visualization is my strategy–this is why I always present my selections with virtual 3D models. The 3D models give my clients the opportunity to see how every detail will transform their space.
I am a California girl at heart, but I have grown to love the mountains. In my free time I am often found enjoying downtown Fort Collins with friends or taking a trip to the mountains with my husband.
“My hope with every project is to create spaces that tell your story. Spaces that you love to come home too and ones that you look forward to inviting friends and family into.”
Having earned a degree in Architecture from the University of Florida, I am passionate about creating a cohesive home where your exterior and interior spaces are unified in their materials, colors, and style.
Taking the vision you have for your home and working closely with you is what I enjoy. Together, we will create beautifully designed spaces that truly represent you: your style, your passions, your journey.
My favorite projects are those that involve taking things that are meaningful to you: family heirlooms, collections, art, colors, objects that speak to your passions and integrating those older familiar elements into your new space; seamlessly merging the old with the new to create a space that is uniquely and wonderfully yours.
I love working with all types of styles, from very modern and minimalist to very ornate and traditional. Very often, the challenge of mixing elements of different styles together arises; whether it be spouses with differing tastes or an antique family heirloom that needs to fit in a more contemporary setting. It is exciting to have the opportunity to use my years of expertise in Interior Design as both a member of the Tomlinson Designs firm and the Springhaus team.
As the daughter of a now retired Air Force Colonel, I grew up throughout the United States and overseas. After a lifetime of nomadic travel, I landed in Colorado in 2004 and am happy to now call Fort Collins home. With my young son, I enjoy being settled close to family and sharing my passion for design, place, and history with clients, friends and family alike.
“I have a passion for design that is inspired by the world around me.”
Unofficially, my interior design experience began as a child in my barn – rearranging bales of hay and the small selection of furniture that existed to create an efficient use of space that was outside of the normal. Officially, I graduated from Front Range Community College in Fort Collins with an Interior Design degree that equipped me with a new set of skills for designing your dream space.
I have experience in multiple software programs, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Everything from drafting a floor plan to selecting the perfect accessories gets me excited. Basically, if you have a dream, I am thrilled to create it with you. I love the challenge that comes with each new project, whether its space planning, budget, or style related and find myself obsessing over your project just as much as you do!
I grew up along Colorado’s Front Range and have loved it too much to ever consider leaving. Outside of my nine-to-five, you can find me passing time at a local farmer’s market, rock climbing, discovering more of the mountains, paddle boarding, or hanging in a hammock just to take in the views. The ever-changing textures and patterns found in nature are inspiring and regardless of the season, I will find myself in a new adventure.
“I love helping clients find the right products for their spaces!”
I’m currently a student at Colorado State University pursuing my Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design. I’m also pursuing Minors in Construction Management and Business Administration. Since my childhood, I’ve been fascinated with space and the idea that through altering someone’s space you can shape the feelings they experience in that place. I used to frequently rearrange my room until my parents finally put their foot down and told me, “No more! We will not move the furniture another time!”
My passion at Springhaus is to help clients find the right interior finishes through a thoughtful material selection process. I like to share my expertise about the different attributes of each type of material option, providing honest information about the various pros and cons to each choice so that I can help my clients choose what is truly right for them and their needs.
“My favorite aspect of Interior Design is seeing your enthusiasm and excitement about your design.”
Since moving form Houston, TX, I now call northern Colorado my home. I studied Interior Design and Art at Front Range Community College, where I developed an elegant and bold design style.
When you visit our showroom, I make sure you are welcomed with a warm kindness that is customary in Fort Collins.
In my free time, I am a dance teacher, artist, and professional crafter. I also runs an Etsy business.

“My passion for design stems from the saying–home is where the heart is.”
Colorado State University is where I earned my BA degree in Interior Design. There I learned about conceptual design, material selection, lighting, and 3D rendering.
I grew up in Nebraska and made the move out west at eighteen. I fell in love with everything about Colorado. The people, the culture, all the outdoor activities. I met my husband here in Fort Collins and we now have a super cool baby boy. We try to get outside as much as possible. Swimming and hiking at Horsetooth, snowboarding, drive-in movies, live music!
And I love how all of these things (my family, the music I listen to, the movies I see) play an integral part in how my design style has evolved over the years. I also love mixing a little something unexpected into a design, like a turquoise velvet couch in a contemporary, monochromatic space! Everyone deserves to be surrounded by beauty and I can help you find new love for your home. Whether you’re remodeling or starting from scratch, I can help you turn your vision into your reality.
“I love seeing all the bits and pieces of the final design come together in one cohesive space.”
Erin loves writing about home decor, inspiration, and ways you can bring your style into the spaces you occupy. Helping you create a space that you are proud of, want to come home to, and want to share with your friends and family. Erin’s favorite decorating style is mid-century modern mixed with industrial elements and the colors and textures associated with the bohemian style.
“My favorite part of design is taking your ideas and implementing them into a space that you want to spend time in.”
This midwest girl loves the mountains! Having lived in Colorado for the past 6 years, I’ve fallen in love with the melting pot that is this beautiful state.
For me, design is the culmination of inspiration, trusted design principles and the perpetual need to improve the built environment for my clients. Midcentury Modern, Industrial and Scandinavian Modern design styles are what I’m most drawn to, though I truly feel that every aesthetic has value when executed meticulously.
My husband, Eric, and our dog, Mable, make my life complete. Together we enjoy everything Fort Collins has to offer. Most weekends you’ll find us heading to a concert, biking to breweries or spending time in the great outdoors.
